hello simple is a company dedicated to customer satisfaction. It stands for quality and value, and above all offers sustainable products that are of a high standard. In particular, zero waste and the use of purely natural ingredients are key objectives.
In particular, the long lists of ingredients on various personal care products make it difficult to decide what to buy. The average person in Switzerland is estimated to have between 40 and 60 personal care products in their household, which are often thrown away unused. Meanwhile, up to 250 million tonnes of plastic are produced worldwide every year.
This environmental impact is a problem that hello simple aims to tackle. That is why the company has started producing its own drugstore products. The range now extends from deodorant to toothpaste, shampoo and washing powder, right through to washing-up liquid.
Above all, it was important to the founders that more people realise how easy it is to make personal care products themselves. Not only is it fun, but it also raises awareness of the ingredients.
This idea led hello simple to start producing customisable DIY kits. These contain high-quality organic ingredients and simple recipe instructions that are good for both the body and the environment.
The products come without any plastic packaging. The ingredients for the recipes are sourced from purely organic farming and environmentally friendly, cruelty-free suppliers.

hello simple offers many products that provide a zero-waste alternative. Zero waste is a concept that aims to reduce the amount of waste and ensure that any waste produced does not end up in landfill but is instead recycled.
This approach focuses on the 3Rs – Reduce, Reuse and Recycle – to create a circular economy that ensures materials remain in circulation and do not end up in landfill.

Wide range of products

VITALOVE offers a range of products from hello simple that can be used by both men and women. The safety razor is an alternative to disposable razors and can be used on any part of the body.
What makes this product special is that only the razor blade needs to be replaced. The razor handle remains the same and does not need to be replaced. This not only reduces waste but also saves money. The safety razor is made from hand-polished stainless steel and is therefore rust-proof.
Skincare products for the face and body are also available. One example is the Pink Clay Face Mask, which is particularly suitable for blemish-prone or combination skin. It is a purely natural product and therefore very gentle. The product is packaged without plastic and sealed with a reusable clip. This clip can be disposed of in general waste.
The regular use of washing powders, in particular, generates a great deal of waste. hello simple offers a sustainable alternative: with this organic washing powder, which is biodegradable, clothes can be cleaned without enzymes, genetic engineering or other chemical additives. It is plant-based and consists of mineral ingredients. This, too, is packaged plastic-free in a paper bag.
A lot of waste is also generated in the kitchen, which can be avoided with hello simple. The Zero Waste dish sponge offers a sustainable alternative to conventional dish sponges; it is washable and therefore reusable. When used in combination with the solid dish soap, you can even wash up completely plastic-free.
What’s more, the sponges can be used throughout the home. They are handmade in Berlin and made from biodegradable cotton.
So, if you want to do your bit for the environment, using these products allows you to live more sustainably and save money at the same time. Although the initial cost is slightly higher than that of conventional products, this pays for itself over the product’s lifetime.
