General

The General Terms and Conditions govern the comprehensive business terms and

services between vitalove.ch and its customers, meaning end consumers. These terms of sale apply to orders and sales of products purchased from the vitalove.ch  online shop. Deviating agreements are only possible with the written consent of vitalove.ch . vitalove.ch reserves the right to amend or supplement the terms of sale; however, this does not apply to orders already placed. By placing an order, you undertake to comply with and accept the terms of sale. The minimum age for orders in the online shop is 18 years.

The content of vitalove.ch has been researched and created with the greatest care. The content is checked for accuracy at regular intervals and revised where necessary. Nevertheless, vitalove.ch assumes no liability for the correctness, quality, timeliness, or completeness of any content.

Offer / Conclusion of Contract

The offer, i.e. all information on goods and prices in the online shop, is directed exclusively at customers domiciled or based in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders are accepted exclusively via the vitalove.ch online shop on the internet. Orders placed by telephone or in writing will not be processed.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely a non-binding online catalogue. Simply placing products in the “shopping cart” does not constitute a binding order. You only place a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the “Order” button on the order page. Confirmation of receipt of this order is sent immediately by automated email and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We may accept the contract with you either by sending a contract confirmation or by delivering the goods within five days. Prices in the online shop are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and are exclusive of statutory VAT of 2.6% or 8.1% and any shipping costs. The price applicable at the time of the order applies.

Delivery

vitalove.ch delivers exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein by post. The vitalove.ch online shop only offers items that are available for immediate delivery. The delivery time is 1–3 working days. If an order does not arrive at the customer’s address on a desired or communicated delivery date, claims for damages are generally excluded. If delivery of the goods fails due to the customer’s fault, we may withdraw from the contract. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded immediately.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping for orders with a value of CHF 89 or more (PostPac Economy).

For deliveries with an order value below CHF 89, we additionally charge: 

PostPac Economy: CHF 7.00

PostPac Priority: CHF 9.00 (A Mail)

Delivery Times

All products are ready for immediate dispatch from our Swiss warehouse.

Parcels are handed over to Swiss Post daily from 3:00 p.m. onwards.

  • Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. are handed over to Swiss Post on the same day.

Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Payment Terms

Payment by the customer may be made using one of the following payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • TWINT
  • PayPal
  • PostFinance E-Finance
  • PostFinance Card
  • Purchase on invoice (billing via POWERPAY)

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Errors and price changes are expressly reserved. The time of the order is decisive for determining the price. Subsequent price reductions during order processing will not be taken into account. All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

Payment by credit card is based on secure credit card billing via SSL. All payments are processed through SIX Payment Services. The data is encrypted and transmitted to SIX Payment Services for processing.

Purchase on Invoice with Partial Payment Option (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers “purchase on invoice” as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can conveniently pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not make payment within the specified period, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on invoice, you accept, in addition to our General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions of POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

Return and Withdrawal Policy for Goods

We grant you a right of withdrawal for products purchased from us. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns should be sent to:

Please note:

  • The items must be in their original packaging.
  • Unstamped parcels will not be accepted by vitalove.ch and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
  • Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
  • Returns are made at the customer’s expense and risk.
  • The refund of the value of the goods will be made after return to vitalove.ch , no later than within 30 days from receipt of the goods by vitalove.ch .

Warranty

vitalove.ch generally grants a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice, on all products that are not dietary supplements, i.e. food products. Product damage or defects that occur during this period despite proper use and care will be remedied by us free of charge. Changes made by the manufacturer to its product or packaging do not constitute a defect. In the event of improper use of the goods, the right to claim defects expires.

Place of Jurisdiction / Applicable Law

The place of jurisdiction is Frauenfeld. Swiss law applies exclusively.
