Return and Withdrawal Policy for Goods

We grant you a right of withdrawal for products purchased from us. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns should be sent to:

The return conditions apply in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

Please note:

• The items must be in their original packaging.
• Unstamped parcels will not be accepted by vitalove.ch and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
• Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
• Returns are made at the customer’s expense and risk.
• The refund of the value of the goods will be made after return to vitalove.ch, no later than within 30 days from receipt of the goods by vitalove.ch.
