I forgot my voucher code during the ordering process, can it be redeemed afterward?

A voucher code must be entered during checkout. After your order has been completed, the code can no longer be added or credited by you afterward.

As long as the voucher is still valid and the redemption conditions are met, you can use it on your next order.

Enter your voucher code in the checkout in the field 'Discount code or voucher' and click 'Apply'.

Check before completing the order whether the discount has been applied in the order summary.

If a valid code does not work, do not complete the order yet. Send us the voucher code and a short description to info@vitalove.ch.
