How can I redeem a voucher code?

You can redeem discount codes, promotional codes, and VITALOVE gift vouchers during checkout.

This is how it works:

1. Place your desired items in the shopping cart.
2. Open the checkout.
3. Enter the code in the field 'Discount code or voucher'.
4. Click on 'Apply'.
5. Check if the discount or voucher amount has been deducted from your order.

Do not complete the order until the discount is displayed in the order overview.

The voucher code doesn't work?

Please check:

• whether the code was entered completely and without additional spaces
• whether the voucher is still valid
• whether a minimum order value applies
• whether the code is only valid for certain products
• whether it can be combined with other actions

If a valid code still does not work, do not complete the order yet and send us the code at info@vitalove.ch.

Forgotten voucher codes cannot be added by the customer after the order has been completed.
