How long do returns and refunds take?

After receiving your return, it will be checked by VITALOVE. The refund usually takes place within a few days, but no later than 30 days after the goods have been received.

The duration of the return depends on the chosen shipping method and the shipping service provider. We therefore recommend that you send the package with tracking and keep the receipt.

As soon as your return has arrived at VITALOVE, it will be checked and processed.

After a successful inspection, we will initiate the refund of the corresponding value of the goods. This usually happens within a few days, but no later than 30 days after the goods are received by VITALOVE.
