How long do I have to return my order?

You can return unopened and original packaged items to VITALOVE within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the return package within these 14 days.

Please note that the items must be unopened and in their original packaging. The customer bears the costs and risk of a standard return.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please send us a photo and your order number as soon as possible to info@vitalove.ch. In this case, wait with the return until you have received our return instructions.
